What it does / AI interviews

Hear customers in their own words, without scheduling a single call.

For founders, product and marketing teams. Our AI interviewer runs voice interviews from one link, follows up on what it hears, and builds the themes as people respond. The report is a PDF, ready in seconds.

500 credits per completed interview. Links are free to send.

An interviewer that has done its homework.

You describe what you need to know. Simulatte writes the guide from what it already knows about your business, then runs every conversation the same careful way.

A guide written from your context

A guide written from your context

The agent knows your products, your past studies and the files you’ve shared, and it checks the web for your market and rivals. It turns that into a guide: what to open with, what to dig into, what to show. You edit it, then approve the plan before anyone is invited.

It listens, then asks why

The interviewer follows your guide but doesn’t read it like a script. When someone says something worth hearing more about, it follows up, and keeps going until the reason is clear.

Show your ad or product mid-interview

Show your ad or product mid-interview

Put an ad, a packshot or a screen in the guide. The interviewer shows it at the right moment and asks what people notice, believe and would do next.

Showing: “Skip a week” ad. “What does this ad tell you?” Respondents see it on screen while they answer out loud.

People explain themselves better in the language they think in. Each respondent picks one before the interview starts, and the interviewer speaks it with a native voice and name.

Asked about interviews.

Is a person running the interview?

No. Our AI interviewer runs it by voice, following the guide you approved. It follows up on what it hears and shows your ad or product when the guide says so. Every respondent is a real person.

How long does an interview take?

Most interviews run 8 to 15 minutes; you set the length when you shape the guide. People take it whenever suits them, so there’s nothing to schedule.

Which languages can people answer in?

English, Hindi, Tamil, Arabic and Spanish. Each respondent picks before starting. You read everything in English, with the original quote alongside.

What if someone drops out halfway?

You’re charged only for completed interviews, at 500 credits each. Sending the link is free.

Can you find people for us?

Yes. Tell us who you need and we’ll source respondents, with a quote per study before anything starts. Finding people right in the app is coming soon.

When do I see results?

Transcripts appear as each interview finishes, and the themes update with every one. When you’re ready, download the PDF report in seconds, or export a CSV.

How is this different from simulated customers?

Interviews are with real people: your customers, your list, or people we source. Simulated customers are modelled on real people but are not real people. Use them for a fast first read, then check what matters here.
