What this is

Decision infrastructure.
Before public launch.

Simulatte builds synthetic population models — 4.2 million agents calibrated to behavioral variables across consumer segments. The system runs your decision scenario through those populations and returns probable outcomes before you commit to a real-world action.

The design partner program exists for one reason: the system needs real decision inputs from real brands to run against. You provide the scenario. We run the simulation. You get the output documentation.

This is not research. This is infrastructure. The difference is that you don't get findings — you get outcome probabilities for decisions you haven't made yet.

Simulation types we run
  • Pricing architecture — SKU-level and tiered pricing scenarios run across segment populations
  • Product launch configuration — feature weighting, packaging, and positioning variants tested against synthetic sub-populations
  • Messaging and channel strategy — which message, for which segment, through which medium
  • Geographic expansion — where a brand's behavioral fit is strongest before investing in a market
  • Retention and churn — which behavior patterns precede drop-off in a synthetic cohort
The exchange

Structured access.
Structured return.

Every design partner relationship is governed by the same terms. No negotiation on scope — the structure is what makes the data useful for both sides.

What you receive
3 simulation runs Each run is a distinct decision scenario. You define the parameters; we run the population model and return documented outputs with probability distributions across outcomes.
Full output documentation After each run: a structured report covering which population segments respond to which scenario, the probability distribution across outcomes, and the variables that drove divergence.
Monthly architecture call One 45-minute session per month with the founding team. Use it to review outputs, design simulation 2 and 3, or pressure-test the model's assumptions against your real-world knowledge.
Pre-launch system access Design partners receive access to the Simulatte workspace before public availability. This includes access to agent calibration parameters and sub-population definitions relevant to your category.
What we need from you
A real decision in the next 90 days The simulation requires a genuine upcoming decision — pricing, launch, positioning, expansion. Hypothetical scenarios reduce model calibration quality and are not accepted.
3 structured feedback sessions One after each simulation run. Thirty minutes. We ask where the model agreed with your intuition, where it diverged, and what context it was missing. This is how the system gets better.
Decision input data The real parameters of your decision: pricing options under consideration, geographic targets, customer segment definitions, campaign variants. No proprietary data required — parameters only.
Case study rights We publish a case study of your simulation. Brand can be anonymized — we need the decision type, the simulation output, and the outcome. One attributed quote, if the results warrant it.
Who this is for

The right fit is specific.

The design partner program is not open to all applicants. The simulation is calibrated for specific decision types, and the model performs best within a defined parameter range.

Strong fit
  • US-based consumer brand — CPG, D2C, health and wellness, food and beverage
  • $5M–$150M annual revenue. Post-product-market-fit. Pre-scale.
  • A pricing, launch, positioning, or expansion decision committed to in the next 60–90 days
  • Brand Manager, Head of Growth, VP Product, or CMO as primary point of contact
  • Willing to share simulation outputs as anonymized case material
Not a fit for this cohort
  • B2B or SaaS companies — the agent model is calibrated for consumer behavior, not enterprise buying
  • Pre-revenue or pre-launch — the model needs a real decision, not a founding hypothesis
  • Brands with no US customer base — the synthetic population is calibrated on US behavioral data
  • Decisions already made — the simulation runs before commitment, not after
Program structure

8 weeks.
3 runs.
One architecture.

The program is fixed in structure. This is intentional — the simulation requires sequential runs to improve calibration, and the feedback loop only works if each session follows from the last.

The first simulation run is always the highest uncertainty. By run 3, the model has been calibrated twice against your real-world feedback. The output quality compounds.

Week 01
Simulation design session
45-minute call to define the decision scenario, set the population parameters, and specify the outcome variables the model will track. This is the only session where the inputs are co-designed.
Weeks 02 – 03
Simulation run 01
First population run. Output documentation delivered within 5 business days. Includes outcome probability distributions across your defined scenario variants. Feedback session in week 03.
Weeks 04 – 05
Simulation run 02
Second run with parameters recalibrated from run 01 feedback. This run typically tests a variant or stress-tests the most probable outcome from run 01. Feedback session in week 05.
Weeks 06 – 07
Simulation run 03
Final run. Highest-confidence outputs. Typically used to validate the decision the brand is leaning toward, or to test the scenario that run 01 and 02 made implausible. Feedback session in week 07.
Week 08
Case study documentation
Simulatte documents the full simulation arc — decision question, runs, outputs, and what the brand did. Shared with you for review before publication. Anonymization available on request.
Apply

8 slots.
First-fit basis.

Applications are reviewed in the order received. Fit criteria above are applied strictly — a strong-fit brand with a less urgent decision will be prioritized over a marginal-fit brand with an immediate one.

If accepted, you will receive a calendar invite for the simulation design session within 48 hours. There is no further procurement process.
